动力系统优化方案－通用集成系统(UTS)

Introduction;
Purpose of developing a new Universal Transportation System is to utilize the existing technology and methodology already successfully developed and implemented by the company but add additional features that allow substantial benefits to the company such as cost savings and an increase in practical applications.
Ningbo Yuanjing Container Remodel Company has reviewed the existing primary use of transportation of heavy equipment manufactured by Zhejiang Zhonggao Power Tech Company with a view to add value to the overall operation and recommends keeping certain strengths of this methodology but at the same time is recommending making changes to better suit the needs of the transportation system.

Strengths Standard Shipping Containers;
Standard shipping containers are a proven, reliable and efficient mode of transportation from point to point over land and sea. Maintaining standardized dimensions and weights is critical for any future UTS.  Also the basic construction strength offered by the standard sea container transportation system gives basic protection from damage for its contents due to bad weather, seismic activity and also offers a basic level of security.
标准运输集装箱的优势：
无论是公路还是海运，标准运输集装箱是一个已经经过长时间实践证明的可靠高效的运输方法。所以在通用集成系统未来使用中我将严格保持标准集装箱的尺寸和重量。此外，标准运输集装箱最基本的优势是牢固结实，可以保护货物不受恶劣天气或者自然灾害等影响，提供一个比较安全的环境。

Disadvantages Standard Shipping Containers;
Over size heavy machinery cannot be used in Standard Containers and a different mode of transport must be adopted whenever the company needs to move this type of machinery.  Installing heavy irregular machines in and out of the 20-foot container space can be time consuming and requires heavy specialised extraction equipment and the additional cost of adding track or other means of assisting installation.  This process also carries a high risk of damage to the machinery and auxiliary equipment.
标准运输集装箱的劣势：
标准运输集装箱不仅不能承载贵公司非标或者大尺寸的重型机器运输，而且每当贵公司需要移动此类型机器都需要额外的运输办法。在20英尺标准集装箱的空间内搬运这些重型不常规机器非常耗时而且需要重型的设备，额外的导轨或其他辅助设备。这个过程同时也承载比较高的机器损坏风险。

Because the 20 foot container has set dimensions the space around certain machines can be very limiting which demands a high amount of additional expensive access such as additional doors and openings to be modified in the container further increasing cost to produce the containers.  Also this reduction in space means there is a small amount of surrounding air to absorb the machines operating heat which means a very high air turnover for ventilation is required, again increasing running costs and maintenance requirements. Furthermore because you can only fit one machine per 20-foot space this means that you must install expensive ventilation systems to every 20-foot space further increasing the cost to the consumer.
因为20英尺集装箱的尺寸限制，一些设备进入可能需要额外的开门或者集装箱更多的改动，这些都会增加集装箱的造价。此外，在比较局限的空间内，少量的空气可以吸收机器运作产生的热量，意味着需要一个很强的空气流通环境，这样无形中又增加了运营成本和机器维护需求。因为贵公司现在只能在一个20英尺集装箱里装一台机器，一台机器必须配有一套昂贵的环风系统，那么就意味着每个集装箱里都要配有一套，这就为顾客增加了更多的成本。

The standard container although has already been modified to accommodate a much heavier point loading on the floor still requires each machine to have an additional steel rack to disperse the point loading of the machines this further adds to the overall delivery cost of the product.  Each container has to be produced specifically to accommodate only one type of machine, other oversize machines or different configurations require a new design each time.
 为了能够承受贵公司的重型机器，标准集装箱还需改造增加底部横梁和额外的机器承载导轨，增加了整个产品的造价。而且每个集装箱为了装载某种特定的机器量身打造，意味着它只能承载一种机型，如果是超大型或者其他机型每次可能又需要重新设计。

Also the ventilation system of louvered doors has several disadvantages. First the air intake is from the side or horizontal plane which means the air intake is taking in hot air heated by the sun instead of under the container which is shaded by the sun and at several degrees lower ambient.  Then the air is expelled vertically though the roof, which leaves it vulnerable to infiltration from climatic extremes such as sand storms, hail and other serve weather conditions. Because every shed is isolated from each other it means service engineers must travel through many doors and obstacles to work on and maintain every individual space and machine, which also has the negative effect of spreading out the total complex about 50% larger than it needs to be.  The spreading out or spacing between the machines also adds to the on site cost because there is a greater distance for the service lines to cover.
另外，贵公司原设计的百叶门也有一些不利的地方。第一，两边开门将带来热空气的进入，我们的新设计将把通风口开在底部，底部的空气比较凉爽，比正常的空气温度会低好几度。 现在空气排放是垂直从屋顶，这样很容易受到恶劣自然灾害地侵害，比如沙尘暴、冰雹等。贵公司现在的设计每个单元是相互隔离的，这意味着工程师需要在各单元间蹦跑实施工作，维护机器，难度较大。此外把现场分散的单元整个集中成一个操作室，可以节约50％的空间。此外，原来分散的单元间连接的电线等服务设施都增加了现场成本。
 
Sound proofing for consumer comfort is a very high priority but under this scenario its severally restricted because of the need for so many doors and access, which are all very difficult to achieve high levels of noise reduction. For example on a complex which has just eight generators as shown in our presentation there would have been 72 door and fan openings, all adding to cost, complexity to lock and use and have a severe effect on noise leakage from the container house. In the presentation shown there are just two doors and 6 fan outlets to achieve a much better access system overall.
Another point is the containers are very specialised to each machine, which means it really cannot be utilized for any other purpose other than to house that machine for its life.
在那样的环境中防噪显得十分重要。但在原设计中那么多门的设计和入口大大增加了防燥的难度。在我们3D演示中， 根据贵公司原来的设计8台发电机的集装箱将会有72扇门和风扇孔，所有这些都是增加成本的点，此外开关和使用比较复杂，而且对于噪音很难控制。在我们的设计图中，只有2个扇门和6个风扇孔，使得整个系统更有规划性，操作更加简单。
另外一个问题是这些集装箱太过于为某种机型服务，这样不能很好实现所有设备的通用性。

 Attachment transform load bearing beam runs entire length of platform allowing for machinery to have multiple location points, therefore a machine maybe located in one position for transport purposes and then latter on site shifted to accommodate a certain desired platform location for more efficient operating.
 两根荷载梁贯穿整个基座使得机器可以放在任何位置，打破了原来固定安置的设计。这样使得机器运到现场后位置摆放有更多灵活性，以便操作。

 Platform thickness allows for internal ducting of service connections, which is safer, cheaper and easy to operate.
 基座的厚度设计可以实现内部预埋管线，这样更加安全、便宜并且操作简便。

 Eliminates all other packaging and wrapping of irregular machinery because the container panels can be produced to any size requirements. These different panel sizes still fit on any standard UTS platform.
 减少了对于非标机器的包装，因为我们的集装箱板可以制作成任何尺寸需要并且这些板都可以安装到我们的通用集成系统当中而且对于高度没有任何限制。

 Walls and ceiling panels can be simply unbolted to allow easy access for replacement of heavy equipment from over head crane reducing the shut down times for maintenance dramatically.

 Separate weight transfer rack eliminated, a smaller beam system is engineered directly into the container platform floor reducing tare weight and cost and increasing payload height and weight.
 可以省去原来贵公司单独制作的底架，只需要在新设计的集装箱基座上直接加一个较小通过工程师检验的梁，在减轻自身重量和成本的同时，增加货物承载量。

 The panel system and incorporating platforms will withstand CAT 5 cyclone weather conditions and is engineered to with stand the forces of a 8.0 magnitude earthquake.

 The platforms lock together enhancing the seismic strength of the system regardless of how many platforms are joined together. The platforms can be isolated from the ground with special rubber mats if located in severe earthquake zones. The locking of the platforms also allows easy access for servicemen to every part of heavy machinery complex without the need to travel form building to building.

 Once on site the panels unbolt and can be reconfigured to create one building to match the platform layout. This leaves a surplus panel store of one standard 20-foot container space for additional project storage requirements for every 4 x 40 foot containers shipped. The panels re-bolted together form walls, roof and floor making a complete container.

 Panels can be any thickness  (recommended 100mm) achieving superior noise reduction and insulation from extreme hot or cold.

 One building means it is very easy to automate the temperature and humidity controls. Only six large fans in the example given in the presentation instead of 16 in the standard configuration.

 The entire floor has a metal grill to allow cold air intake the entire length of the building ventilating directly on to the machines where the cold air is needed first. This grill also allows for a spill of harmful waste product such as oil to pass right out of the building to be washed away and dealt with quickly and effectively.

 The access ways are the only timber floors on the new platform design. This helps with noise reduction and clearly defines safe areas to view and service the machines. These double as access panels, which can be lifted out for access to service connections within the platform itself.
 地板采用木材设计，可以更好地吸收噪音并且可以隔离工作区域，使得现场操作更为安全。此外，地板拆卸也十分方便，可以方便工作人员检查维修管线设施。

 The platforms have universal service connections conveniently placed along the platform interior allowing for any of the companies machines to be placed and coupled up. The transform beam also has multiple connection points allowing any size machine to be fitted in many different locations.
 该基座由通用的对接口，非常方便摆放，允许贵公司的机器放在内部连接。转换梁也有多个连接点，使任何大小的机器可以安装在不同的点。
